Bhumi have amazing products but their customer service with my last order was the worst I’ve ever experienced. The only time I had any update on my order was when I made contact. Initially told 1-3 day dispatch. Took well over 6 weeks to dispatch and then days to deliver. No real apology and clearly any response was AI. Won’t ever deal with them again despite having done so in the past and receiving fabulous service. Seems they have really dropped the ball lately!

Waited seven weeks. Unacceptable.

I absolutely love how comfortable these are! I really like both the leggings and the top. The material is soft and gentle on my skin, and I’m so happy with my purchase. Definitely glad I bought them!

Unfortunately I ordered Medium leggings and bras and they are too tight. Is it possible to return them and get them replaced with Large? I only tried on the tortoiseshell leggings so would return all three pairs, however I wore one of the bras for a day to try it out, so would only return two of the bras). Otherwise, I loved quality and the feel of the fabric. Thanks. 🙏

Bhumi was recommended by my SIL, love the products, however I’ve ordered twice and shipping is always delayed unfortunately. First time it was for a made to order product which I understand (6 weeks to arrive, slightly longer than expected) and the second time the orders were split, first half arrived within a week, with no update on ETA of rest of the order (arrived 4 weeks later). Would have love to give 5 stars but because of the consistent shipping experience I’m giving it 4 stars. I would still recommend to friends and family, noting, they don’t always have stock readily available so there may be a delay in receiving ordered goods in a timely manner.

Extremely long delivery time !

The material is nice, but have had issues with sizing. Initially ordered the small, based off of the measurements in sizing guide. Too small, returned and went up to the medium and thought it would be fine. Partner says that the medium are tight around the hip and leg - and the tag is super irritating. Now that I’ve washed them all it’s too late to return, but is extremely disappointing. Not sure how on paper, measurements say he should be a small - but probably needed a large (and he’s not a big person around the hips or legs).

My selection was the cotton underwear is incredibly comfortable and lovely to wear, they wash perfectly too. I have purchased the leggings which are so comfortable and when you bend over they aren't see-through which which is incredible. Love the feel of them the elastic waste hasn't altered with washing either it remains the same as the day I purchased them. Highly recommend these clothes, you will not be disappointed at all. Beautifully packaged, the order arrived fast. Thank you

My order was not dispatched for a long time, and because it would no longer arrive when I needed it, I contacted the company and asked to cancel the order and receive a refund. They agreed to the refund and told me it would take 5–7 business days. Well beyond that timeframe, I still had no refund. I contacted them several times by email, also contacted them via WhatsApp, and tried calling them, but received no response. Then, despite having already agreed to cancel and refund my order, I suddenly received a shipping confirmation saying the order had been dispatched. This has made the situation even more frustrating because I am now overseas and cannot receive the parcel myself. I have had to contact them again and potentially arrange for a friend to receive and return an order that should never have been shipped in the first place. The lack of communication has been particularly disappointing. I shouldn’t have to repeatedly chase a business through emails, WhatsApp and phone calls for a refund they already agreed to provide, only to then have the cancelled order shipped anyway. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.
