I really like the ethos of this company, The products are solid and the online community is positive. It is a great way to help your journey to less plastic in your every day bedding, towels and clothing. I have so many pieces of clothing, blankets, sheet sets and even kitchen accessories. Packaging is in bags that are fun to find ways to reuse, ordering is always very slow to process and sometimes you have to wait months to receive. Any problems are always dealt with but it can take 2 weeks to get a reply from the support line. Fairly consistent sales make it more affordable. I feel Like this company has every opportunity to be even better to succeed if they focused more on supply, warehouse, shipping and support instead of rapid expansion.

Sheets are great. Service not so great. I recently received an order of a number of different sheet products for my own bed and my two children's beds. There was one product missing from the order: a fitted sheet for my daughter's room (the Sage fitted sheet Percale...which I am being asked to review here!). I emailed the company. The reply was that the entire order had been dispatched from their end and that I needed to provide a photo of the products I have received. By this time, sheets had been washed and put onto beds etc. I suggested that seems to be a slightly inconvenient request, not to mention my confusion of how taking a photo of the products I have received shows proof of the product I have not received:) Unfortunately I am still waiting to see if I get to receive all the products that I paid for.

Bed Sheets - my boys noticed the difference in the quality. Hope the cotton jersey range returns.

I’m absolutely in awe of how perfect this duvet inner is! I don’t know how they’ve done it, but it’s so incredibly warm and soothing. It was very hard deciding between the all seasons one or the winter one, but the reviews helped me make the right choice. Very happy🥰

Unhappy with the customer service and product. Order arrived late and wasn't shipped after 12 days of placing. Only found out because I investigated. Than leggings arrived with a hole in the seam, I tried to get a refund but was only offered store credit or exchange but product wasn't available anymore. Throughout his the communication could have been handled way better. Quite disappointed, really wanted to like this brand. But certainly won't buy again or recommend.

Amazing quality and really great customer service. Some items took longer than others as can happen with slow fashion and ethical brands, but not only did they email updates they even called me. Absolutely love everything I have bought from them.
