Returning package, not what meets my needs

Nicely made i ordered the wrong size but will keep

Size was way too big & even though I contacted Betty Dain the very next day, I was told I may not receive an exchange or my money back. It wasn’t worth the risk of sending it back & not receiving an exchange especially since I was having to sent it back. I won’t be ordering again & it was expensive.

Store called as soon as they realized that they did not have the pattern I requested. I was able to call them back and they fulfilled my order that day with the alternate pattern.

It took almost a month to receive 5 shower caps. When I tracked the package on the UPS website two weeks into this fiasco, I was told that the ticket had been prepared but that they (UPS) had never received the package??!! I immediately called the gal I had placed the order with. She apologized profusely - but I once again had to follow up with her two or three days later when the package still had not shipped??!! I didn't receive the package until a full week after that??!! To add insult to injury, someone (Sherry?) from your organization left me a VM offering me a 10% discount on my "next purchase". What next purchase? After having to track my current purchase for a month??!! If I was Customer Service, I would have offered an additional 10% on THIS purchase as a sign of good faith. Five dollars to retain a new customer. Lousy business judgment. Time to find a new vendor - wouldn't you say?

I bought my first Betty Dain shower cap a few years ago and didn't pay attention to the name. So when the elastic finally started to weaken I searched the internet to find a replacement and bought 2 which arrived promptly and appear to be of the same excellent quality as my first. I am hoping the company is still making them when I need a replacement.

Took a bit to get but worth the wait!!!

The white sleep caps was itchy, hard and rough around the edges, even though I washed it over and over to get it softer. I finally had to give it to my daughter, who had the same problem. Then, the other more expensive one, the name bloom, was extremely small. It stated it was adjustable, but it was not. More like for a doll baby. Certainly not for someone with thick hair like me. So I had return it. Very disappointing for a first time customer!

Love the cape! It is very entertaining in the Salon. Changing colors is amazing.

Not very good quality at all very thick and all hair stick to the material

Love this apron. I am a massage therapist and I need a lightweight durable apron to protect my clothes from the oils & lotions. It’s a great option for me & I have purchased another style as well.
