I ordered the exact product that I had for years, a leopard print shower cap with nice terry cloth inside. I needed to replace mine and my 2 young granddaughters wanted one that they used when they spent the night and didn't want to get their hair wet. (It's much easier than a wrap towel on your head. ) Therefore I had to buy three and bundled theirs with a soap bar of shampoo and a bar of conditioner for their pleasant surprise!

When I reached out to customer service via email, they immediately started working the issue. I had not received the item I had ordered. I received a replacement item. I was so pleasantly impressed that I immediately ordered two more items. They arrived in perfect condition

These Betty Dain caps are hard to find. I ordered at least 8 at a time please keep making them I love them.
