I recently bought 2 capes and am thrilled with the quality! I got them in a gorgeous blue color and absolutely love them.

I’ve done here many many years and these stripes are just beautiful. The snaps work really well. The embroidery is gorgeous and the material is perfect for cutting and chemicals.

I do like the products but what I don’t like is you do not like the purchase or if it’s too large return returning it is not good. Like most companies they have a return address label company you have to pay to have it returned, which is unfortunate

Customer service was good . I'm not sure if I'll order from Betty Dain in future and only reason is you send package via FedEx instead of postal service. I've had bad luck with FedEx and when I order other places and they use FedEx I don't order.

the delivery date was 10th then changed to the 13th then changed to no date then went to Hagerstown Maryland (my state) then instead of coming to my house from Hagerstown Maryland, it left MD and went to West Virginia, the other direction. I then reached out to BD support; after that the delivery arrived the following day. And given the original 3 day delivery date, that of 3/10/26, and based on what happened last time in 2023 when the shipment arrived in the original 3 day timeframe

The hair protector I used to have was very stiff and messed my finicky hair up along with pullover tops! This one is soft and pliable, protecting my clothes from makeup and keeping my hair in place at the same time. Delivery as expected, so a win-win!
