Customer service was good . I'm not sure if I'll order from Betty Dain in future and only reason is you send package via FedEx instead of postal service. I've had bad luck with FedEx and when I order other places and they use FedEx I don't order.

Good product and works well

I've been buying Betty Dain shower caps for years and they never disappoint. Love the designs too.

the delivery date was 10th then changed to the 13th then changed to no date then went to Hagerstown Maryland (my state) then instead of coming to my house from Hagerstown Maryland, it left MD and went to West Virginia, the other direction. I then reached out to BD support; after that the delivery arrived the following day. And given the original 3 day delivery date, that of 3/10/26, and based on what happened last time in 2023 when the shipment arrived in the original 3 day timeframe

The hair protector I used to have was very stiff and messed my finicky hair up along with pullover tops! This one is soft and pliable, protecting my clothes from makeup and keeping my hair in place at the same time. Delivery as expected, so a win-win!

Way too big

The elastic on my new shower cap is unbelievably tight & I have a small head. I replaced my previous Betty Dan shower cap with this one, even ordering the same pattern. I purchased 2 so I’d have an extra on hand.

Fits perfectly

The products were perfect and I am very happy I was able to purchase them in Canadian dollars. I was utterly shocked that when it got stopped at customs I was informed I would have to pay an additional $130 dollars to have it released and shipped the rest of the way. I understand this is not your fees but when purchasing it, nowhere did it say I could be charged that much for tariff fees and that I would be pigeon holed into paying this high of a fee.
