The 7-pocket straight pant are my favorites! I have them in every color! The fit is true to size. The material doesn't fade or pill. I have 3 black pair and can't tell which are my new ones. Can't go wrong with this great investment in your wardrobe ?

I have been a long-time customer of Betabrand. The company has had Shipping times are reasonable compared to the past, and responses to inquiries are quick. The refund and exchange process has changed somewhat with a new service provider. I am encouraged by more frequent drops of new products. I would like to see new colors and more patterns in both pants and tops.

quick shipping, easy experience

I decided to hem these when they arrived (sorry, a 30" inseam isn't petite, folks). Unfortunately, when ironing them (which you have to do before hemming), they released a really noxious smell. I mean, it was bad. Bad, bad. Chemically, and I gotta wonder if I exposed my lungs to something incredibly toxic. As soon as I realized what was happening, I took the jeans outside to air out. Left them there overnight. They still smelled horribly chemically in the morning. I put on a mask, and put them in the washing machine with an extra rinse cycle. The chemical smell disappeared, but good grief, these should come with a WARNING. What on earth did it flush down the sewer?? I normally love everything I buy from Betabrand, but this was more than disappointing--it was potentially dangerous.
