Service good

Great customer service. Had to exchange for smaller size and everything went smooth

Well packaged, shipped properly, and arrived in perfect condition. Very satisfied

the coat and the jacket i have purchased are well made. the materials are good and keep me warm. two excellent purchases. very happy customer. highly recommended. even the shipping were fast and the packaging were good.

Shipping took a little long but it was worth the wait!:)

Excellent! Definitely a hit.

It’s nice and warm, thick, runs oversized for sure. I bought Medium; I’m 5’9 and 145 and it fits large but still cute. Sleeves are just long enough. I might pay to have it relined in real satin instead of the cheap lining material it came with.

Last winter my 6 year old Double Puffer Walker was stolen. . . that alone should tell you how good that coat was made. It was my favorite and I looked forward to every winter knowing I had that coat in my closet. This replacement has some new features like the thumb holes and the inner flaps can be removed, but unfortunately the hood is smaller, the zippers are not as sturdy and it is not as warm as my former coat. If I was a first time buyer I would probably give it 5 stars but I know what I had was a true 5.

Fantastic. . easy to order, item arrived on time and in great packaging.

Shipping was longer than I expected but the weather was likely a factor. Item was on a hanger and in a bag. Ready to wear.

Love the color n style, which it had lining in it

I wish the coat was shorter. Returns were easy, though.

Easy online ordering and fast shipping!
