Scammers sent wrong piece and wont answer messages or calls

I ordered a part for a vehicle and they sent the wrong part. I have called numerous times and left messages because they do not answer and left multiple emails and have had no response. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE .

Replaced foam cushion and MB-Tex seat cover for my 2011 W212 dynamic active multi-contour driver's seat. Once online order was complete, got a call within 15 mins regarding part number validation against my VIN (awesome). Quick to ship and best competitive price overall. Very satisfied with genuine Mercedes parts.

Item arrived damaged. Poor communication when reaching out to business. No return label either to send item back.

Had to telephone the parts department to verify I wass ordering the correct part. They were very helpful and professional. Shipping was prompt. Have purchased from them before and they have always done an excellent job.

I ordered a part from Autohaus and was asked to enter my vin# to confirm that the part would fit my car. The part was sent without a confirmation and it was the wrong part. I had to pay shipping to both receive and return the part. In email correspondence with Autohaus the question of why the part wasn't confirmed to be correct before shipping was never responded to. I asked if shipping could be waived when I re-ordered the correct part and did not receive an answer.

Sent the wrong item although I included my vin# with my order. After everything was done I was out of $56.80 and still "no Car Mats" (shipping to me 12.00, shipping back 27.00 and restocking fee 17.80). When I received the mats they were just thrown in a box with not bubble wrap or tissue paper. What really is the restocking fee for? RIP OFF! Very Dissatisfied Customer!

Used my business credit card once to buy a part on April 28th with my shipping address. April 30th my bank calls me it has been a $1,100 charge on my credit card for someone to buy some Speakers. Used my shipping address as the part delivered from Autohaus instead of my business credit card address. I called Autohaus parts delivered a few times to speak to a manager about this but noone answers the phone. I send emails and noone responded. BUYERS...BEWARE THIS COMPANY
