I placed a bad review on here for good reasons and you remove it? Looks like your trying to cover up your mistakes instead of making them right. The right thing to do was contact me and right your wrong . Such a bad business practice. I wouldn't refer this place to my worst enemy.

How do explain to my customer that the web site I bragged about so much has 2 parts with the same part # . After paying $26.00 to expedite of $5 part I find out that the part number is also the same part number is another part that's for that same vehicle. NOT GOOD !!!!!! I would think being in the parts business this would be considered a very rookie mistake.

Delivery could have been faster

Purchased pillars for Porsche Cayenne 2006 turbo sport and was was sent 2 sets for the front only. I need the back passenger set and return the additional front set. I can not use these and this communication and customer service is terrible. I understand labor shortages and such but I have been more than patient! I need someone to correct this issue. Next stop BBB

They shipped the part even after I asked them to cancel it. No reponse to 6 messages I sent to them.

Great price on OEM parts. The part was exactly what I needed. Fulfillment and shipping was a little slow and customer service was non-existent. I could not find a number to call and I did not get an answer to the email I sent to customer service. I was unsure of the exact part, so I took a shot in the dark, hoping that it was the correct part. Fortunately, it was the correct part... with no help from customer service.

I ordered a car jack from these people and there were two issues. First, it took forever to get here despite the fact it was supposedly in stock when I ordered it. I was never able to reach anyone at the business during the time I was trying to find out where the jack was. Second, the jack did finally arrive.....it had been thrown into a large cardboard box that looks like they got at a grocery store....there was no paper. styrofoam, or anything else to fill the huge void in the box so the jack destroyed the box during transit. The box arrived with holes everywhere and plenty of tape patches that must have been applied by Fedex to keep the box from falling apart. I wish I knew how to upload photos to show you how ridiculous the shipping preparation was. I would say stay away from these people and find somewhere else to order your parts unless you like having problems. I would like to give them less than one star but the review software will not allow me to post without selecting at least one star.

I do not recommend ordering parts on the online , this store canceled my order after a couple of days and did not give any answer why.
