Very quick

No response to several emails on return address. Said they mailed return label but it was never received. This us NOT good service and I won't buy from them again.

I purchased a pair of brake sensors for my 2017 Porsche Cayenne. The website led me to ordering rear sensors when in fact I needed the front censors. I have been trying for over a month to get these sensors returned to order the proper ones. I've been told multiple times about they emailed me a rout emailed me a return receipt that I have no record of and can't find within my email. They have not communicated with me although I've given them my telephone number to contact me directly. This is horrible service & I will never order for again.

I purchased a part which was sent to me in a box that was too small for the part and open.. i returned the part and only received part of my refund ... additionally you can never speak to anyone and noone responds to messages

Excellent service and on time

After I got the email that they decided to cancel my order I called 3 times and emailed twice with no answer. There is no one to answer any questions as to why my $900 parts order was cancelled. As a business owner this is embarassing.
