Shipping was fast and the company was commmunicative about the updates. The product met the description, aside from a missing tie for the duvet to be secured inside the duvet cover. The duvet does move around and get tangled over time, which makes me need to readjust it nightly before going to bed which is cumbersome. Is this is a defect or the norm?
