Excellent customer service and delivery was quick. The sheets are super soft but I don’t really feel like cool effect like they advertised. Also the king sheets are too big. We have a new, king, pillow top mattress and these sheets are so loose.

Love the sheets and duvet! I’m interested in the pillows, but when I emailed asking if it was loose foam inside or one solid piece, 3 times I got a response that didn’t pertain to my question!!! The last one I left was completely ignored
