Excellent service. I had a little trouble tracking this knife. It was my third custom Benchmade in a months time. When I went to track it I would always get shunted to a different knife. I called the customer service and they tracked it right away. Prompt, professional and friendly service!

I was pleasantly surprised with the edge retention of the knife and how versatile it is. This knife can do anything. Finally an American company giving Japanese knives a run for their money. I’m hoping we’ll see more to come from benchmade in their move to kitchen knives.
