thank you for all the assistance.

love everything about this brand

Great product!

This was my first Beis bag and I’m so glad it was. I love my black East to West tote. It’s huge, great quality, lots of pockets and pouches. Love the trolley pass through for luggage too.

I’m currently pregnant with my third baby. I have two boys, and now I’m so excited to be having my first baby girl! I wanted a bag that I would absolutely love, so I took my time searching for the perfect one. It took me seven months to find it! It wasn’t until I saw this bag in person that I knew it was the one I wanted for my baby girl. I really love the way it’s designed, the presentation, and how much space it has. My husband especially loves the built-in baby changing station in the back! I’m so happy with this purchase and can’t wait to use it when our little girl arrives. It’s everything I was looking for in a baby bag!

Delivery was on time. Packaged my items with care. Just not a fan of the additional fee for the "Shipping Protection by Route".

This bag is so convenient and the perfect size! It fits a lot of stuff in there as a backpack even though it looks small. The design is great. The only downside is that I attached my water bottle's carabiner to the backpack ring and the beige color came off.

Quick shipping. Package arrived in good condition.

I absolutely love this backpack! It’s spacious enough to carry everything I need when traveling, yet it’s not bulky or cumbersome. The color is beautiful, and the quality of the material is excellent. Overall, it’s stylish, practical, and perfect for travel!

Good just wish the discount wouldn’t disappear the second items get restocked. It feels deliberate

Amazing bag. @FrankieDoesNY got a lot of questions about it!

Though the initial one I received was scuffed up a bit, they did end up sending me a replacement, which I genuinely appreciate. The customer service was really great. The carry-on roller is a perfect size - has plenty of storage compartments, and I love the TSA lock feature. My favorite thing are the rollers. They’re so smooth and the handle is really squishy and comfortable. I’m happy with the quality of my purchase.

no complaints!

Beis customer service was very good. I had a little issue with my bag but they were able to address my issues.
