I had heard of Béis on the radio and am super happy with it high quality of the items I've ordered. Well worth the price.

Beis has the best customer service. I purchased the Hybrid Check-In Roller from an authorized retailer. Part of the connector clip broke after only using it 2 times. I reached out to Customer Service and within a day, I had a response from an ACTUAL person who was genuinely interested in helping me. In a matter of a week, a new replacement luggage was sent directly to my door. I don't think I have ever received this level of care before. Beis now has a customer for life.

All five stars!!!!!

Excellent all around. Great company

Kudos to your customer service rep Alexis! So helpfully dedicated to customer satisfaction!

Beis is always amazing. Fast shipping. Great customer service. I'll keep coming back!

I've been wanting the Hybrid Check-In Roller since it was first released, but since I already had a Large and Medium, I let it pass me by at least twice. I'm not in Asia for over a month, and this is the perfect size! Not as big as the Large Check-In Roller and slightly larger than the Medium Check-In Roller. The espresso brown color is also perfection! ☕️

Been waiting for something unique from beis I could buy!! Quality is incredible and love the details like the awesome pattern and nice blue color in the inside!!

Love it

I contacted BÉIS about concerns with two bags, and I’m genuinely impressed with how everything was handled. Joyce listened, followed through, and helped bring both issues to a resolution that exceeded my expectations. I’m thrilled with the service and feel very well taken care of. Thank you, BÉIS and Joyce!
