A nuisance, how can it be reviewed if it hasn’t been opened

Terrible customer service. The goods are still not delivered and even though I have written to you multiple times I have mostly had no response. And no help to solve the issue. You have my money for months now and the gifts/goods are still not delivered. Terrible.

Pre- ordered an item back in September, payment has been taken but never received an email, sent several emails but never received a single reply, tried the on-site chat, they never ever reply!! Tried that about ten times to this point. It’s a shame of a scam website. Will never make this mistake again, will definitely not recommend you guys Shame on you

Honestly, I’m not going to order here again. Having ordered a really expensive high chair I expect the service to be top. But instead of letting me know that what I’ve ordered was falsely advertised as being in stock, they waited for me to reach out and check. I agreed to a different colour, one they had available but you’d think they speed up a bit. I was promised to receive the parcel today the latest. Looking at the ups number the UPS guys still haven’t received it. Not ordering here again.

Wooden baby toys for the pram have been great . Really good to find traditional styles in fabulous bright colours that you can fix to modern, car seats/buggies.

My grandchildren absolutely love the bilibo I bought for them .They have found countless ways of using them and the house is full of giggles. I bought one for my other grandchildren about 10 years ago and they still have it, they say it was always one of their favourite toys. The service and delivery were excellent and the whole experience was a delight. Thank you very much
