I rarely leave customer reviews, but this company's customer service is truly outstanding! We ordered a Lender crib from Bebemoda. First, they have the most reasonable price, including international shipping fees, after getting quotes from different companies. Second, great customer service after receiving a damaged package. The package was damaged during the international transfer. We contact the support at Bebemoda, and they are able to help us receive the refund from the carrier. I would recommend it to friends who want to purchase baby gear from this company.

Ordered a crib, changing table, and bedding from Bebemoda for my son Leo. I was nervous because I was having it shipped internationally. They were very responsive and patient with my many emails and questions, but made me feel secure enough to go ahead and order. They shipped very fast, and set up my international shipping so that it was not too expensive. Everything arrived packaged well and without damage. I am very happy I went ahead and ordered from them, despite my nerves.
