Shipping was fast and customer service was able to quickly and efficiently assist me with any questions. I ultimately had to buy a second custom-sized pad for the rest of the desk to reduce the noise caused by dropping and scraping cables, and Sean was able to help get me squared away with the custom order vs price reduction as necessary.
