Looks and feels premium. It does slide on my keyboard tray a tiny bit so I wish there was maybe a way to stick it in place but otherwise worth the money. Actually made my keyboard quieter which is a huge bonus.

Had an issue with shipment and it was quickly solved.

It's pretty but not that functional. The biggest design flaw is that the bottom cup is too shallow - so when you drop a pen into the holder, 60% of the time the pen falls out or hits another pen and slides out. For this price point I would have hoped for a better design. Probably would be mediated if the bottom cup was 0. 5-1inch deeper.
