The mattress has been incredible. It has so much back support and has made such a difference in my quality of sleep. I absolutely love it. My one problem was that the delivery went to my neighbors house instead of mine, but all told I am thrilled with the purchase.

Literally the most comfortable mattress EVER!

Great mattress for the money. Very comfortable, pure foam, no springs. It has a startling amount of firmness, considering how the mattress was shipped wrapped into a cylinder form. Once unwrapped it unfolded and retained its normal shape. It is soft, as the foam does conform a little bit into the shape of the occupant. I slept well upon receiving that night. For those who like old spring mattresses it may be strangely both a little too soft and a bit firm. It takes some getting used to, for me it was fine. But it is no luxury hotel mattress, with the perfect blend of just right. My biggest issue was the lack of selection for the mattress foundation and headboard. The King sized bed didn't have offerings of a typical headboard, but the traditional metal frame and box. The box isn't quite a box but rather a series of wooden panels placed together to create a box frame. It comes across as a pricey yet cheaply composed foundation. The benefit of that cheaply composed panels are the easy of assembly and portability should I choose to move to a new domicile. If there is a choice, I would suggest buying a King sized foundation elsewhere. As there are no returns for bed frame purchases at this company.

Extraordinary angry and disappointed. I’ve spent well over 1000 dollars on BEAR products and recently purchased a BEAR pillow in the wrong size by mistake, essentially rendering the purchase a total waste of money. Customer support is absolutely terrible; they essentially ignored me for OVER A WEEK only to finally write back and bluntly refuse to exchange the pillow for a different size. How this is proper business practice in 2024 I have no idea, exchanges are extremely commonplace in almost every business. I will never make another purchase from BEAR again and I will go out of my way to communicate my experience to anyone who ever brings them up. Beware.

Great mattress for its price. Was a little unsure during the first night as it felt really hard, but woke up the next morning having had an exceptional night of sleep. Now I'm all for extra firm mattresses.

My wife and I are 60+ years old and needed the mattress that is somewhat firm. We have been sleeping on this one for a few months now and have no issues with stiffness and soreness.

I searched quite a bit for the best affordable mattress I could find for my four year old. I got a full sized bed so it could grow with her. I loved the materials bear used along with the hybrid model. Having slept on the bed several times myself, I can happily state it’s comfortable and was a great purchase for our family.

Bought this mattress for my 91 year old mother. She had been having trouble sleeping and the change in her mattress helped her sleep better overall. I have 2 bear mattresses in my home and love them!

This mattress is exactly what we wanted! We used it on a bunk for our active, thin 7 year old. It's perfect for him - cooling, comfortable, supportive. I looked at tons of different types and brands of mattresses, and I'm so glad we purchased this. I love it so much I'd even consider switching to a Bear mattress myself when we're ready to upgrade.

I purchased a bed frame through Bear. Overall, the style was what I wanted, and the frame is great. However, the boxes the frame came in were very awkward and came with no handholds which made them difficult to move given their weight. Also, the frame and headboard were more difficult to put together than what the description made it out to be. I would definitely buy the frame again, but make sure you have people to help you with the installation process.

I'm extremely happy with the mattress. I got the hybrid elite and it's absolutely outstanding.

Shopping on the Bear Mattress site was easy. All the information was there. I was able to use my educator discount without problem.

We liked the mattress. However I think my mistake was adding the pillow topper. Although it was comfortable, it was a little uneven and too soft for me. I think the mattress without the topper would have been better. I had to return it.

Easy process. Bought a mattress for my toddler and it’s enjoyed by him and either parent that accidentally falls asleep while putting him to sleep. Considering Bear when we need an upgrade

The Star Hybrid exceeded what other people wrote about it. Both my husband and I wake up and say how much we love this mattress. I’m a slide sleeper and my husband is a back sleeper. This mattress is comfortable for each of us. Customer service was very responsive for any question we had. I can highly recommend this mattress to anyone wanting a good night sleep.

Felt cheap, uncomfortable, and left me wishing I'd done my homework on Bear before buying this mattress. My wife aptly described it as a college dorm mattress or military bunk.
