My 11 yr old son, loves his new Mattress.

The bed is too hard and I’m not sleeping well on it. I thought it was going to be like memory foam but it’s not even close.

Needed a replacement for his pillow. He didn’t want to replace his old one. But believe me it was time lol

We bought a firm Elite Hybrid around the start of the year. Delivery was easy and problem free. After having the mattress for around 6 weeks, we thought that it was too firm for our preferences and reached out to Bear about the mattress. They were VERY fast to reply and offered multiple options. We opted to try the plush mattress topper that they offered and it addressed all of our problems. We love the mattress so much that we ordered a medium Elite Hybrid for our guest room. Now our guests get to be as comfy as we are!

Admittedly, a bit disappointed. One side of the bed has 'tuffs' (running down the edge) making it not supportive enough (by the edge) and making you feel as if you're going to roll off the side.

I love this mattress. Hip pain has stopped, and has helped cut down on night sweats entirely.

Absolutely loved the mattress. Tried a few other online brands and the mattresses were just entirely too soft. I got the normal bear and its firm but not too firm, just right for my liking. Some of the stitching wasnt trimmed off causing snagging, but nothing a quick peruse with the scissors wouldnt fix.

Nice mattress. Easy to order. Delivered on time. Every thing showed up. Restful sleep. Good job.

I haven’t received the bed base and it’s been two weeks since I placed my order. I have emailed support team twice with no answer, called customer service with no answer.. please avoid this company if you value your time.

Mattress came quickly, foundation was slow. Would rather they ship at the same time instead of having to have a mattress box sitting around waiting for the foundation to show up over a week later.

The mattress has been incredible. It has so much back support and has made such a difference in my quality of sleep. I absolutely love it. My one problem was that the delivery went to my neighbors house instead of mine, but all told I am thrilled with the purchase.

Literally the most comfortable mattress EVER!

Great mattress for the money. Very comfortable, pure foam, no springs. It has a startling amount of firmness, considering how the mattress was shipped wrapped into a cylinder form. Once unwrapped it unfolded and retained its normal shape. It is soft, as the foam does conform a little bit into the shape of the occupant. I slept well upon receiving that night. For those who like old spring mattresses it may be strangely both a little too soft and a bit firm. It takes some getting used to, for me it was fine. But it is no luxury hotel mattress, with the perfect blend of just right. My biggest issue was the lack of selection for the mattress foundation and headboard. The King sized bed didn't have offerings of a typical headboard, but the traditional metal frame and box. The box isn't quite a box but rather a series of wooden panels placed together to create a box frame. It comes across as a pricey yet cheaply composed foundation. The benefit of that cheaply composed panels are the easy of assembly and portability should I choose to move to a new domicile. If there is a choice, I would suggest buying a King sized foundation elsewhere. As there are no returns for bed frame purchases at this company.

Extraordinary angry and disappointed. I’ve spent well over 1000 dollars on BEAR products and recently purchased a BEAR pillow in the wrong size by mistake, essentially rendering the purchase a total waste of money. Customer support is absolutely terrible; they essentially ignored me for OVER A WEEK only to finally write back and bluntly refuse to exchange the pillow for a different size. How this is proper business practice in 2024 I have no idea, exchanges are extremely commonplace in almost every business. I will never make another purchase from BEAR again and I will go out of my way to communicate my experience to anyone who ever brings them up. Beware.
