Except for the County Wicklow lambswool throw, I was underwhelmed by the products that I ordered and both frustrated and completely dissatisfied by getting NO response on a wrong item received, despite several emails. Very disappointing.

I'm always following BBC productions
I'm always following BBC productions and consider myself a fan of Mysteries especially, having no difficulty selecting DVD's that I want to collect, however have been less than impressed by the (Shop) addition to your website that seems complicated and stalls after entering the numerical code sent to my phone. I understand the need nowadays for added security but it it's not working properly how does this add confidence. Plus the inability to track an order except by downloading the their app ( which I will not do) makes this tandem system more of a pain than anything else! B.

I have been loving the Doctor Who: The Collection Blu-ray sets that I have been buying since range first began and thought it would be nice to purchase directly from BBC instead of through a reseller. I pre-ordered months ago so I would have my copy of Peter Davison season 2 as soon as it released, but it still hasn’t arrived despite it being on store shelves for a couple of weeks.
