The shipper said my address was incorrect/didn't exist. The address I provided was correct and accurate. Also, the provided tracking number in the shipping notification from BBCShop Canada didn't work as they subcontracted the shipping out to a courier I've never heard of. I've given two stars since they made it right by shipping out a replacement but at the cost of waiting weeks for it to arrive.

My go to for everything british as a US fan

I like to shop BBC site the products I have ordered for either gifts or for myself have been of great quality

We love British, Australian and New Zealand series and have limited access via public TV as we live in an area with spotty wifi connection that make it difficult and frustrating to stream. We are so grateful that we can purchase DVDs of our favourite series. BBC shop has a great variety with an easy to navigate website and timely shipping. We plan to continue to use their service as new releases of our favourite programs become available.

I wish products would at least start shipping within two days. I get nervous when products take longer to start shipping. Aside from that, the shipping process was perfect and the website is easy to navigate.
