I had ordered the bat with the wrap and received just the bat. The bat was a gift and I was surprised to see a retail style price sticker on the bat when the gift was opened.

First delivery had a defective paint job with missing paint which is unacceptable for a premium product like this. Then the replacement bat was sent to the wrong address and lost and each time they said I’ll be notified when ship and communication was next to nothing

My son got the bat because one of his friends got one a couple of years ago and loved it after he used it a few times. . . . . when he got his own bat he was disappointed, don't get me wrong, he likes the bat but doesn't love it, he says it doesn't feel the same
