Super excited, it’s near impossible to break

Had bat for 9 months and it snapped in half while hitting. Snapped just above the hands. Until then, great product.

Got a custom wood and when it came it the paint and wood was like splintered by the handle

Custom bat arrived ahead of schedule. 13 y/o loves it.

So far I’m enjoying my Baum Bat!!! Great pop!!! Only draw back so far is if you miss the barrel it can ring you up pretty good.

Disappointed. After just a few uses in BP, the stickers are coming off. I realize it’s just a sticker but when you pay over $350 for a wood bat, I feel it is acceptable to expect perfection.

We got this from my son for Christmas 2025 and he just sent me this picture after they had a doubleheader in college in January!

Awesome bat.

The Costumizing was a verry Fast and easy way, but i have to pay much tax for it. I payed tax for the shipment from USA to Germany and has to pay tax for receipt in Germany… The bat is verry nice and looking forwared for this season!

Baum makes great bats but there customer service is lacking. I sent 2 emails with no response and even put my email in the message. Pay close attention to what exact size you need

High expectations as previous Baum bat lasted a long time and performed outstandingly. However, this Platinum custom cracked and broke with less than a week of use. Warranty is being honored with zero pushback but new bat will have no warranty so worried about longevity without having any additional warranty. Bat raked before it broke, though.
