Bat came right on time. I like the grip. It was put on well. I know it is a great bat practically, and is top notch. I was just disappointed with the cosmetics that I paid a premium for. On top of that, paid for faster delivery and it came out flawed. I submitted a something on the Baum page and never heard back.

This bat is well made composite wood bat. Probably the most durable out there, it may be out done by Delano with the sweet spot, but no doubt better in durability. My son hits well with this bat, it was a great choice For him!

This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company online the customer service is near non existent when you email you might get an answer 3 weeks later with a one sentence answer the doesn’t make any sense. I would never recommend buying anything from them.

Received the bat. The grip look liked it was installed by a kid. Tons of wrinkles, wrapped way above the knob and the overlapping was lack there of. Love lizard skin grips but only when they are wrapped correctly

This is my second bat from Baum bat and both times I was completely satisfied. I love the amount of customization and how easy it is to navigate the website. The lizard skin grip tape installed by Baum after purchase was helpful too! Highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a new bat

No communication with this company. No one’s answers the phone and no one responds to your emails. Had a damaged bat ordered brand new and never heard back from this company. Go by all your wood bats from a reputable company.
