Broke on my third at bat using it

This is my second bat from Baum bat and both times I was completely satisfied. I love the amount of customization and how easy it is to navigate the website. The lizard skin grip tape installed by Baum after purchase was helpful too! Highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a new bat

No communication with this company. No one’s answers the phone and no one responds to your emails. Had a damaged bat ordered brand new and never heard back from this company. Go by all your wood bats from a reputable company.

Went to warranty ignored us after ten days

Honestly, I’ve been playing baseball my whole life. This is the first time I decided to drop 300+ dollars on a bat. I’ve used all the Makes and models and what got me interested in making the decision to buy the Baum was the reviews I read about people saying how much pop this Bat had in my opinion I do not think it has more pop than any other Bat. What does favor is that it does not break like other Bats however, if you are looking for a bat with more pop, just buy a regular MLB baseball bat now if you want to have a bat for a long time and don’t care too much about pop then buy this bat. I was more excited before having it then now After using it for about two months

First year of playing adult league I hit a tank in my second game using this bat. If you square up a ball it feels incredible. The one drawback is the terrible website and horrendous customer communication from Baum.

Little disappointed the bat was chipped when I got it but the product itself is excellent

Baum bat has done great

I ordered an in-stock bat to ship overnight, however, I did not receive this in a timely fashion. I emailed and called customer service and was told it would ship right away. Nevertheless, I did not receive for another week or more.

I sent multiple messages to absolutely no response. I emailed multiple times with no response. I called and waited 10 minutes on hold just to ask if the bat I returned two weeks ago could get refunded. The only good is that after calling my issues were fixed. The end loaded AAA Gold Pro was shipped quickly and I was able to take it out immediately. In my first 8 abs I went 3-7 1 HR 1 2B 1 1B. The bat is juiced and well made but the customer service was insanely awful. I don’t like making bad reviews but this was some of the worst service I’ve ever experienced. The bat is worth the price tag. Thank you

Had bat for 9 months and it snapped in half while hitting. Snapped just above the hands. Until then, great product.
