Bought the AAA Pro 33/30 for my 15 yr old son and he loves the customized bat with his name on it. He loves the feel and the pop. Awesome Bat!!

The Best

We have loved the bat, but the customer service agent we spoke to early on was not great. He was impatient, barely spoke and seemed annoyed when I asked for confirmation of a change of an order. To be clear, I originally entered the incorrect address for shipping. I noticed it within 10 minutes and called to update the order. It was a Christmas order so I wanted to ensure the correct address, and the guy couldn't have been less patient. He DID help me get it changed, but seemed immensely annoyed by it.

I ordered balanced 31 inch 5 drop and was sent an end balanced 33 inch drop 3. Sent email for exchange and have yet to get any response.

Not pleased with customer support or questionable marketing policy's. The wait for the bat pushed me to place an order sooner than I would have liked. Then in the matter of a couple of weeks I find out that there was a promotion and a expedited shipping schedule for the holidays. Because I ordered the item before the promotion I lost out on a $100. 00 discount. Because of this I have decided that Baum is not a company I will do business with in the future. Thank you for a negative learning experience I will remember.

For a purchase of the most expensive bat on the market, I was let down by both the after sales correspondence and a few minor issues with the product received. I was not provided any tracking information for the product, and not provided any updates on the order progress for the custom platinum order I place. I reached out over phone over 10 times, to which no one picked up. I tried emailing the company, no response. I reached out through Social media, no response. It was impossible to speak to anyone about the order progress, to which I also paid an extra $50USD to expedite the order. The product did eventually turn up on my door (without any contact from the company to advise it had shipped, not tracking details provided, etc. ) I am a little let down with the quality of the product as well. I thought the Baum logos, model type / writing on the barrel would be etched into the wood layer, however, its just a tacky sticker stuck to the barrel. The look and feel of this is incredibly poor for a premium product. The sticker on my bat also had air bubbles in the middle of it out of the packaging making it look even worse, so whoever applied it didn't even apply it properly. This sticker has also started to come off after only 4 games with of use. The paint is incredibly thin on the bat as well. Paint chips are flying off the bat when I hit the ball, and the bat is basically still brand new. Quite disappointing. The overall feel of it does not feel like a premium top of the range bat. To say I was let down is an understatement after spending $700 Australian Dollars to order this thing. If I knew what I do now about this product, I would not have spent this much money on this bat. I regret the purchase and after reading other reviews, suspect the bat may break early in its life despite being marketed as 'nearly indestructible'. Swinging for training this winter and love it!

My sons have been swinging the endload bats for years now and prefer them over other BBCOR options

The bat is fine. I ordered it pretty quickly on my phone so maybe I missed the fine print or something but if you get a back grip it does not come applied to the bat. So you may as well just buy your own lizard skin bat grip if you’re gonna have to put it on yourself anyways. The bat grip came days later than the bat so maybe they do put it on but mine was back ordered or something either way they don’t communicate. I don’t typically write reviews but what got me was the fact that they started sending marketing emails and they disguised the unsubscribed button with white font on a white background. So it was hidden and you couldn’t see it. That kind of thing means they are cutting corners other places too and being shady. Super gay

So far the bats performance in game has been expected; however, the custom paint and detailing is subpar. The paint is already starting to show scratches and chips (played in 5 games so far) and the custom engraving looks sloppy.
