Great product. I used wall mounts because previous baseboard was completely removed. Price is a bit steep for an entire house, so I am hesitant to upgrade the entire place.

Quite simply one of the best and easiest products I’ve used. And their customer service is impeccable.

I had accidenly ordered the wrong size end-caps and the representative reached out to me directly to make sure that my order was correct. This small act of paying attention to detail avoided problems for me when the baseboards arrived.

We congratulate ourselves over and over again for covering 14 heaters in our house with the Baseboarders product. We absolutely HATED the grey, flimsy original covers. HATED. We absolutely LOVE the Baseboarders covers. They are simple, clean, and durable. We required many custom cut pieces and our order arrived flawlessly and carefully packed. Installation was a breeze, I did it all in a few hours. Due to the size of the job, this wasn’t a small purchase for us, but we couldn’t be happier that we did it. Seriously, seeing these covers pays off for us every day.

Unfortunately, one of the items in our order was the wrong product, as the picture on the listing was confusing. We only realized the mistake after receiving it. We contacted Baseboarders by email to request a return, but our request was refused. We then asked them to reconsider the decision, but unfortunately, Baseboarders did not respond.
