from ordering to installation very easy. Looks great, clean and crisp.

I love his product but you all urgently need to revise how you package and ship it so that it doesn't show up damaged. The original order had bent out of shape pieces and paint chips and paint rubbed down to metal. The replacements came quickly - thank you - but it had a couple pieces with paint rubbed off and now I will have to try to touch it up. Unacceptable.

Love my new baseboards

I purchased the Elliptus Baseboarders covers with high expectations based on the product's appearance and marketing. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The covers I received did not fit my existing baseboard heaters properly, despite following the sizing guidance. I reached out to customer service seeking a solution and spent considerable time exchanging emails trying to resolve the issue. While responses were provided, a satisfactory resolution was never reached. What was most frustrating was being asked to pay return shipping for large, heavy sections even though the product was not working for my application. The cost and logistics of returning multiple long sections made the exchange process impractical. The product itself looks attractive and may work well in some situations, but customers should be aware that if the fit is not right, returning or exchanging these oversized items can be costly. Based on my experience, I was disappointed with both the fit and the lack of a customer-friendly resolution process.

I bought the Baseboarders Premium Slip‑On Covers and my house looks amazing. They were incredibly easy to install, the steel quality feels solid, and the finish instantly modernized every room. One of the best quick upgrades I’ve ever made.

Cover was chipped and one was bent. The 72 hour return window is pretty tight when I wasn’t quite ready for my project yet. It should be at least 30 days like normal return windows.

Good product, good service, easy to install!
