Where are the chucks? I am using this but there isn't much in the way for stability for any swinging. Overall the product is as described. Would use grip chalk
I had asked if these bands were compatible with the base bar flip. It would be nice to see how best to incorporate them.
I love all their stuff!
So far so good! Been using it for assisted pull ups and dips and also for rows. Havent used the app much yet. Mostly just going out back a few times a day to hit the bars. Thanks!
I wouldn’t recommend the original one to anyone tbh. The build quality is great but the fact you use two pins on each side is annoying. It takes 30 min to pull them out and switch sizes becaus of how tight it is and how thick the powder coating is on the bar itself This model should be retired
I went to a calisthenics workshop and they had the cane poles. I had never tried them; and felt an immediate connection once I did. I knew I would need practice and time before I truly am able to enjoy the benefits, but I am willing to invest the time. So, I immediately ordered a set of Base Blocks as per their recommendation. I look forward to new found strengths and exciting movement.
The BASEBLOCKS Air Exercise Machine is o. k. for a light workout, but the main problem with it is that it isn't useful to to do eccentric or isometric exercises. It is purely for concentric exercises. It also has nylon cords and plastic pulleys, instead of steel cables and aluminum pulleys. It is o. k. as a supplemental exercise tool, but there are far better and cheaper exercise tools.
Every thing is fine thank you
I can only get 3 out of 4 screws into the pedistal. It will be good for now but probably break over time without a balanced 4 screws.
Pros - Small footprint, if you live in a small place, i think this is a good option - Versatile, you can doo multiple exercise that target different body parts and muscles - Nice build quality, i think it is nicely ans solidly built Cons - Not for overweighs, Width between uprights is only 16. 9" (42. 9 cm), this is very narrow if you are large or overweight the trainer pro will be unusable I took away one star, because of the very narrow space between the uprights this is a very bad flaw, I think they should have at least made it the as the none pro version But that being said, I think as i loose more weigh and build more strength this equipment will much more convenient, I like the concept and versatility a lot
Very satisfied with quality of the equipment and the challenge this will bring to my workouts. Will purchase more products in future
The bars aren’t aligned correctly so they wobble on any hard surface
I needed a free standing bar that would be useable in a number of ways, and still be useable in a small room. 5 stars instead of 5 as I wish it had a third height setting, and that it were a bit more stable.
Darn good piece of equipment!
My wife and I bought the Big Bar Plus so that we wouldn't have to go to the gym to do pull-ups. It fits right in our living room and now our toddler loves to swing on the rings we attached. Everyone enjoys it. Very satisfied with our purchase.
I’ve bought several BaseBlocks products and they are all durable and withstand the tasks they were made for. Their customer service is top notch and they will do whatever they can to accommodate the needs of customers.
Awesome pull up bar!!! Very easy to assemble and very solid! Easily transported.
another elite BaseBlocks product, always the best
Great product and very stable!!
Compact yet surprisingly solid. Great for in a small apartment!
