I keep sending emails via your Online page that I need help with my order and no one has gotten back to me it's been more than 2 weeks. smh
I didn’t get support for an issue I had and got ghosted
The bar actually wobbles quite a bit, though it’s not really an issue so long as I balance my core. I’m disappointed at the quality of the product though, welds look sloppy and the nuts and bolts were glued together and are not uniform which aesthetically is unleashing.
The bar's diameter is too big, making it hard to for a normal sized hand to hold onto it for long.
Do you have smaller bars for your products. My hand is on the smaller side and the pull up bar and dip bars I quite big.
One post did not have the holes drilled out. I had to do it
I ordered The Big Bar from BaseBlocks. The quality was poor: the metal itself was thin and warped and some parts were rusted. As a result, pieces would not fit into one another and it was impossible to assemble. Additionally, BaseBlocks refuses (by company policy) to refund shipping costs. And shipping the return was about half as much as the equipment itself. The only thing saving this from a 1 star is the friendly customer service I received from processing my return. That being said, avoid this company at all costs.
Awful product. Not as stable or as easy to set up as advertised. Do not recommend at all.
Not the quality I expected. Very tight tolerances on bolt holes/fit. Instructions were useless; parts weren’t identified or labeled. I’m fairly mechanical so I figured it out but there was no effort by the seller to create a proper assembly manual. Really disappointed. The actual pull up bar is 1. 5 or 2. 0 inch thick. I’ve come to use a 1 inch bar for years. Weird.
I really want to love this because it is a good addition to the core workouts. The roller pads are what I have an issue with due to its poor quality. I saw multiple reviews on YouTube from customers and their item looks much better than from what I purchased. The pads look like they have a pebbled-texture leather look to it and look great, while mine looks like nylon that cinches over the foam like a stuffed sleeping bag. The stitching is terrible.
My only concern is that the diameter of the pull up bar is quite large. Otherwise, quite happy. Thanks.
Hardware is cheap. Some of the bolts cracked just from me hand tightening them. It wobbles some even with me getting them as tight as they will go before cracking. One tube was bent and I had to hammer it out so it would fit together for assembly. If it was a couple hundred dollars cheaper, I could it having these cheap quality issues. But it is too expensive to be so cheaply made.
Great bars, do you offer a 'connector' or stabilizer bar/clamp that locks into both sides and is adjustable, to stabilize the unit?
Well built and sturdy!
Great quality easy to assemble. Great strength training.

Never got my resistance bands
Love it going to buy more ty v m RCD 🐕
They are well made, soft for grip and pretty stylish just laying around. I would say I’m not ready for use yet though. Push ups are great but any other variation of upper body workout I just don’t have the strength yet. I hope I can get to that point soon to do all types of calisthenics with them!
Just what I needed with low ceilings
