Very quick delivery, however, I was disappointed to receive my boots in an extremely battered box. I reported this ti Barbour and they refunded 10%. I wouldn't usually complain about things like this but they were bought as a gift, so slightly embarrassing to present them with a box that looks like its been fished out the recycling bin 🤭. But thank you to Barbour for issuing a small refund 👍

Great comfortable stylish product

Very good overall experience with Barbour. com I was kept informed about the delivery and it was well packaged and arrived in good condition. All products are great quality and comfortable. The only slightly negative feedback is I find the external pockets on my classic beadnell jacket slightly too small to put a smart phone, wallet or dog lead in. You can’t fit a phone and also do up the poppers. You can just about put a wallet in the pocket but difficult to put your hand in too and get the wallet out. I don’t like to use a handbag, so I use pockets which I think Barbour should consider that not all women use handbags, especially on a dog walk, larger pockets would be better. Overall great experience and I would recommend and I would buy Barbour products again from Barbour. com

I had an exceptional experience with Barbour sending my wax jacket off to be cleaned and rewaxed. My jacket was too old to be cleaned but they made sure to communicate with me and that I was okay with their decision not to clean it. I would highly recommended this service as the results are amazing and the customer service outstanding!
