Well packaged but don't think it's a good idea to send items in boxes clearly marked Barbour, for security reasons. Quality checks have failed in the case of the shoes you produce. I've had better quality for cheaper ones. The womens oversized t-shirts were ridiculously oversized. Returns were easy. I'd like to see more choice in your range. Too much black, white, beige and green. More blues, yellows, reds, pinks, oranges - anything! Let's get bright and colouful! The Halton wellies with corresponding fun colours are a step in the right direction.
