The dog harness itself was very nice but too small for my dog. I was unhappy that I there was no option for me to exchange the item and so I had to return it for a refund. I didn’t want to pay for delivery again and so I got the larger one from another company.

Easy to return following the online process. Unfortunately couldn’t give 5 stars as I was informed I would need to wait up to 14 working days for the refund after the jacket had been received due to it needing to be inspected before the refund process could be completed

Great delivery but at a cost make sure you read the reviews as some products are not a true size. As a brand name you can't beat it. But beware that not all products are manufactured in the UK
