I recently used the repair and re-waxing service from Barbour, and overall the quality of the work was very good. My jacket came back looking refreshed, well-treated, and clearly cared for by skilled hands. However, I was a bit disappointed that this time I didn’t receive the complimentary drawstring bag that had been included with previous services. It was a nice extra touch before and made the experience feel a bit more premium. While the service itself is still reliable and worth using, it would be great if Barbour could either maintain these small extras or communicate clearly if they are no longer included. It’s the little details that make a difference in customer experience.
