Walked into my local IGA the other day and saw barbell sitting on the shelf. I wanted to see what all the fuss was about and holy mumma my life has changed! No other biltong can compare. Every bite is soft and tasty; sea salt is the best. Not sure but I think it is the vinegar, which gives it a morish taste and keeps me coming back for more. Thanks for being my new favorite snack :)

This is the best biltong on the market and the cleanest, perfect for anyone doing a carnivore diet. The meat is high quality and they use gluten free white vinegar if you're strict carnivore. I also love the kangaroo sticks, sooo good.

This is my favourite jerky in the whole wide world!! Barbell makes the best jerky, PERIOD. I have tried multiple brands of jerky while travelling, but I always come back to Barbell because it is just made different. The texture is perfect and the flavour is just right and not too overpowering. I can’t pick a favourite between classic, sea salt and chilli so I’m always alternating between all 3! Im definitely a customer for life!!! I am always squealing in delight whenever I see their store at a market and I am so happy to see that they are now available in my local Coles!

Hands down the best bilton I have ever tasted. I have cut out all carbs and sugars from my diet and was struggling to find something to snack on. I love the salt (plain option) so subtle. I dont feel like im eating a jar of salt like other brands. Its not as dry and tough. I love that there are no nasties. I love the fat left on it as it helps to satiate me. such high quality.
