Sea salt one, great snack if you don't want processed supermarket trash. I have it pretty much everyday. Best biltong I've had so far. Texture and moisture content is perfect.

Love this product

Purchased the six times 200g packs. Found the taste was good, loved the fat content, but unfortunately it was like chewing old boot leather. Once the meat broke down it transformed into a chunk of un-chewable leather. Maybe i should have tried the meat sticks. Sorry for the bad feedback but unfortunately for me it was totally inedible. On a positive note the dogs loved it.

Bought some at Woolies. As a native Biltong and Droewors eater, I thought I'd give this a go. I didn't like it. I shared some with other Biltong and Droewors connoisseurs and they also didn't rate it. Please put a focus group together and workshop this a little further, I think you're onto something (sustainable Kangaroo and all) but the taste just isn't there.

Tried many brands over the years, finally found one that ticks all the boxes, especially clean grass fed/finished beef with no toxic bs, that’s No1 for me, i do like it salty though so a few shakes of Celtic salt made it 100% perfect.

I have been eating the sea salt air fried steak for about a year now and my god it never disappoints. Juicy, succulent pieces of salty beef, that are complimented by a small hint of vinegar. Tender and full of flavour, this never disappoints!

I have a very restricted diet due to various intolerances to natural flavours and natural food chemicals, so even natural spices aren't safe for me. This is the very 1st Jerky I have been able to consume without a reaction. Thank you so so much for keeping it simple!

Barbell Airdried steak is my favourite. It is so moreish with the perfect amount of fat. I love that it’s not too chewy and it’s in small pieces. I love it so much I bought all the stock in Aldi and now I have continued with a subscription. No fillers or seed oils just simple ingredients that taste fantastic and are good for you. Even got my 80 year-old parents onto it now and it’s a perfect protein hit for them.
