Idea is there, execution isn’t. I bought a 200g bag of air dried steak from woolworths. The contents looks like it’s been through a mincer. Taste is okay, but it’s broken into such small crumbles that it’s really unpleasant to eat.

Well packaged and good delivery time. Sorry guys it’s a no for me…not the greatest for the money you pay. First bag was to dry and tough as nails. Second bag the same. You advertise slightly wet and tender made from the best quality meat. . The spices, marinade and salt levels are good and tasty. I’ll go back to making my own…I’ll pay that money for wagyu MB 1-5.
