Even though I miss-diagnosed my jku, (new to me). They never dropped me. Got my new infotainment system installed and it works great. In two months I plan on trading in a car for a jeep. I will be a Bantam Overland repeat customer!

With no prior experience, I was able to install with very few issues thanks to the excellent instructional videos and plug and play nature of the package. Only minor holdup was I had to trim out a piece of the plastic in the interior of the dash to get the head unit all the way in. I didn't not anticipate having to do this part, but knew what the issue was from having watched other radio videos where this part occurs. Overall, amazing improvement over the prior radio. Great price considering the amount it would cost to go have this work done at a shop.

Excellent service and support, I definitely recommend. My 16yo and I had installed everything, including a front camera, within a few hours on my JKUR. Their video instructions are top-notch! As far as the Sony 9000ES, wow, just wow! The sound is amazing and the wireless CarPlay is fast!
