Love the Bandolier product I have. Though I recently tried to take advantage of the Labour day sale and even though I had enough in my cart - I wasn't able to select the free gift option. Spent too long trying to figure this out and customer service was not helpful by email. Very disappointed with CS.

I love my Mila MagSafe case, although it is hard to position for a proper charge. I wind up using a USBC.

Bought a Hailey Crossbody Bandolier for my wife. After less than two years of use, the strap's clasp broke. Contacted customer service, said warranty good for one year. Would have to buy a new Bandolier, with a 20% discount. Regardless of the warranty, Bandolier should replace the product. Surely one should expect the clasp to last for the lifetime of the phone. That it fails so soon is clearly due to a design/manufacturing flaw. More to the point, Bandolier should correct the problem.

It was a great and stylish way to hold your phone! I used it everywhere and carried my most important cards in it! It is perfect and beautiful!

I ordered this Bandolier in January and it is already broken. This is the second one I’ve bought. The first one broke at the clip. Very disappointed in the quality.

I bought my mila magsafe iPhone 16 case back in January and absolutely love it. The key selling point for me was the fact that you can wirelessly charge without having to take the case off. That's a true winning feature! The tan color is gorgeous and it goes with everything in my wardrobe! I think I am buying the remi next!

I love Bandolier! I make sure my phone is in a Bandolier every Vegas trip and Disneyland for sure. I feel safe knowing my phone is secure on me and not left behind at a slot machine or a ride. At times you can get frazzled and even leave your phone in a stall. These secure crossbody cases are stylish and great quality. They’re the best secure phone cases. I’m on my newest phone & now building up this collection of colors and styles. I wish they made styles in more mag safe so I can securely place it on my mag safe car holder.

I'd love to write one for my Samsung Galaxy! Oh wait, you don't make them for my phone. . . oh well. Maybe someday.

I absolutely love my Bandolier accessories!! I have 2 sets so far, a black and gold zipper expanded bag attachment and the phone case with snap back card holder- the black and gold chain to hold it all together is beautiful! I also have a slim line black and silver zipper pouch with the matching phone case that has a magnetic card holder so you can still charge via magnet!! These are my go to bags for all outings, casual and dressy. You will not regret the purchase- beauty and convenience! No more phone stuffed into your pockets!

Love this case, I knew each case would be an individual piece of “art”. I was very pleased with the item I received. I was hoping for a lovely mix of animal and floral print and that was what I received. I am just so pleased with this case.

This is my second Bandolier cross-body case and I love it just as much as the first. I had to purchase a new one for my new phone. The first is still in excellent condition and I will be asking to see if anyone I know has a phone that fits it! Pros: The overall workmanship is excellent. The leather is beautiful and of quality. So much nicer than other actual leather cases I've seen. The strap holders are built into the case which makes me feel much more secure. They are not sewn in and are not a tab like other straps use. The interior is soft and will not scratch the phone. The card case on the back holds 3 cards easily. 4 would fit but it would be snug. Cons: It's not MagSafe compatible. The leather strap has no means of attaching car keys, a lip balm, etc. , other than at the point it connects to the case. I would love to see a couple of nice hooks built into the strap just lower than the adjustment holes.

Magsafe only works when lying flat. Nee Remi case arrived today. It falls off the car holder. Connection is super weak. Bandolier should have done beyter

I’ve been a loyal Bandolier customer for years and absolutely love their products. The quality, design, and functionality are top-notch! I’ve recommended them to so many friends and always get compliments. The reason I can’t give 5 stars is because I only just found out they even had a rewards program. I never received an email or heads-up about it, so I had no idea I was earning points with each purchase. Turns out I had over 600 points that all expired, without me ever knowing they existed. That was super disappointing. I’ll continue to shop with Bandolier because the product speaks for itself, but I really hope they improve communication around the rewards program for other loyal customers. A simple email or alert would’ve made all the difference.
