The case and expanded storage bag are beautiful. I wish the snap button on the wallet was more secure. Sometimes the credit cards fall out.

I ordered my first iPhone case bundle, with AirPods case, and 2 different sizes of add on bags. I was so excited, that I submitted my order without noticing that the Apple Pay shipping address had defaulted to an old work address. It was late at night, so I sent an email, and within HOURS, I had a response that they were going to fix it, and my order shipped the very next day! I am anxious to get my package, because I haven't even seen the products in person, but after this experience, I'm have a feeling that there will be a lot of future orders! Thank you!

This is my second bandolier. The first one was amazing! It was the Hailey side slot leather. It lasted forever and I only retired it for the iPhone 16plus. I got the Mila MagSafe. The snap broke on the flap on the third week when I was in Austria for 1 weeks. That was super inconvenient. But the worst part was the customer service. They have no way to actually contact the company except through email. The automated reply is that someone will get back to you…which never happens. After several lost emails I finally thought to send an email to the warranty address. They replied: “ Good evening. Apologies. This went to our spam. Those were auto responses. We do have a warranty backing our products. To receive a replacement just provide the following information and we will send the item: Photo of issue Preferred shipping address. ” OKAY…SERIOUSLY!? Apologies???? That’s it? For all the inconvenience? Ridiculous customer service. I expected way more professionalism and courtesy than I received and am deeply disappointed! Then when they mailed it I never received a tracking number, and had to email YET AGAIN, to find out where it was! This company is better than this.

Purchased the Mila MagSafe Charging Crossbody Bandolier. Love having a hands free option. While it does charge on my mag charger when opening the cards case, it still sits a little wonky. Going to purchase an option with a removable cards and pouch instead.

I have bought three of these iPhone holders never had a problem with the first two the third one the magnet would not work and I deleted my tracking number because I thought I wouldn’t have any issues well since I don’t have the tracking number and they know when I bought it I won’t do anything about it for the price and supposed to be good quality it’s not and their customer service sucks

Love the Bandolier product I have. Though I recently tried to take advantage of the Labour day sale and even though I had enough in my cart - I wasn't able to select the free gift option. Spent too long trying to figure this out and customer service was not helpful by email. Very disappointed with CS.

I love my Mila MagSafe case, although it is hard to position for a proper charge. I wind up using a USBC.

Bought a Hailey Crossbody Bandolier for my wife. After less than two years of use, the strap's clasp broke. Contacted customer service, said warranty good for one year. Would have to buy a new Bandolier, with a 20% discount. Regardless of the warranty, Bandolier should replace the product. Surely one should expect the clasp to last for the lifetime of the phone. That it fails so soon is clearly due to a design/manufacturing flaw. More to the point, Bandolier should correct the problem.

I ordered this Bandolier in January and it is already broken. This is the second one I’ve bought. The first one broke at the clip. Very disappointed in the quality.

I bought my mila magsafe iPhone 16 case back in January and absolutely love it. The key selling point for me was the fact that you can wirelessly charge without having to take the case off. That's a true winning feature! The tan color is gorgeous and it goes with everything in my wardrobe! I think I am buying the remi next!
