Love my first purchase - Donna crossbody phone case in ivory/chrome with the Wristlet Heart Charm! Clasp broke off on the wristlet and Bandolier customer service was quick and responsive. From when I reached out, I received a replacement within 3 days. Will buy again . . . great product and experience with their brand.

I absolutely love these cases. I only order from this brand. But the last cases my daughter and I ordered had the gold trim, and it is peeling off and looks worn after only having it for 6 months.

This is my second purchase as I got a new phone that is a different size. I love the pouch as it is small to carry, but still holds so much. Look how much it holds in the picture. This color combination with the pewter is so elegant as well. I was able to use a promo code and got a great price and quick shipping. My next purchase is going to be the glasses strap!

Bought an add on magsafe wallet from the remi line mainly because thats what i really got me to consider your product, when i finally got it i realized i wanted the case as well, yeah i know i should have bought the set on the onset, when i asked if i could purchase “just” the case your team said yes but only for the rayna line. I asked if i clild get a non chrome case option without the wallet then your team replies with “weve happily provided all our case options etc etc” then drops me a link to all the cases. That really didn’t solve it and i understand your possible limitations but your team could have atleast been more nice instead of being fake

Bought a gift from Bandolier and when I wanted to return I learned not only do they charge you for return shipping they do not refund any shipping and the charge a fee to return. It will cost me $18 to make my return. Make sure you want it before buying.

The expanded pouch’s are a must have as you build out your Bandolier collection. I love that you can take any of the pieces and attach to them to whatever your travel needs are. Carry it alone as a small purse and still pack a lot into for a quick trip. Or attach the phone case with magnetic mini wallet and EarPod case for a complete one and done. Bandolier is my go to over any of my other designer bags that I have. Well worth the investment.

I really liked the look and functionality of this case when I first purchased it. However, after only about 5 months of normal use, the outer coating has started to peel and chip, especially around the corners. For the price, I expected much better durability. I take good care of my items, so this level of wear is disappointing. I love the design, but the quality did not hold up over time.

I hesitated purchasing the charm wristlet accessory as I did not know if I would really use it. UPDATE. I cannot imagine not having the wristlet. So cute in the evenings when I just need my iPhone in the REMi case and a few credit cards and some cash. I purchased an inexpensive lipstick holder on AMAZON. Not the quality of bandolier, so now a Bandolier lipstick case is on my wish list. The wristlet is handy when I have my iPhone in another brand bag as I can easily pull it out with the strap,,,,much easier to locate. Also the wristlet has been great when sitting by the pool or at th beach, prevents dropping my iPhone. I am learning new advantages of the wristlet every day. . A big fan!

I had originally purchased the Dillon Bag. The reason I exchanged it for the Miller Bag is because I travel often and was looking for an easy way to access my iPhone without opening the purse. I also could not talk on my iPhone while attached to the Dillon. Unless I used the speaker phone option. Not my style in a crowded airport. The Miller Bag has a separate front pocket which easily fits my Remi iPhone case The front enclosure allows me to seamlessly snap open the pouch and pull my iPhone out using the Bandolier wristlet. Perfect! And a very classy and sophisticated look.

I brought a leather crossbody Bandolier set on 25th January 2026, the money went out of my account immediately, I have not received the goods yet and Bandolier have not issue a refund. I would not recommend this company

I originally bought the Dillon for a trip to London because I thought it would be a great travel option - small and practical with a pocket for my phone and enough space for a portable charger, glasses, and my passport. That was a year ago and much to my surprise I ended up taking the bag EVERYWHERE! I loved it so much I ended up buying it in two more colors and have my eye on a fourth bag as we speak. Great quality, stylish and attractive, and super functional. Highly recommend!!
