This is the best crossbody phone case I’ve ever purchased. I love the matching accessories.

This is my 4th Bandolier phone case! I just love this brand. It's so luxurious. I cannot go back to buying regular phone cases! This color is perfect with the burgundy iPhone.

I purchased the Rae magnet duo for the cute pink rose design and sadly the pattern I got doesn’t show any of the pink, giving it a completely different look.

I’m on my second Bandolier phone case and I love this one more that the first!

While I love the concept of a phone case, wallet, and crossbody strap, I was so disappointed that the gold finish is already coming off/peeling. I don’t even use it all the time, so there’s not a good reason for this problem. Of course, this happens after the 30 day warranty! They also make it difficult to track past orders…. So… would I recommend this to a friend? No.

The quality is excellent, and my recent experience with their customer service made me an even bigger fan. I recently had a clip break on my case and emailed Bandolier **on a Sunday**, knowing their customer service hours are Monday–Friday. To my surprise, I received a response letting me know they were **immediately sending me a replacement part**. That is **phenomenal customer service** and exactly why I will continue to be a loyal customer. My husband has always thought my Bandolier products were a little expensive 😂, but after seeing how they handled this, he finally understands why I will **never buy an alternate phone case**. Great products, great quality, and truly outstanding customer service. **Worth every penny!**

I just ordered a new Bandolier. I have to say I am so pleased with the new clear magnetic case where a charger can easily be placed on the back and the silver magnetic case that can clip on if needed. If the case is on the back, you can just remove it without taking it off due to the clip attachment that keeps it with the case so that charging is still easy. You can never lose it. The best part is the chain. It is so light, flexible, and so much better than all the others I have ever had. I have ordered Bandoliers every time I have upgraded my phone. You cannot go wrong with these Bandoliers for the light weight, convenience , and ease of wearing. Thank you !!

I’m extremely disappointed with my latest purchase. The case I’ve received is simply not up to the standard or aesthetic I’ve come to expect from their products. It looks extremely gaudy and, to be honest, rather cheap. I had to re-read the description to see whether the material was genuine leather, as it feels extremely hard and inflexible, like plastic. The chrome surround is also particularly brash and isn’t something I would have chosen had I realised how it looked in person. I did send them this complaint on email, but they didn’t bother to respond. I will not be buying from them again.

I would like to know how to keep the satin from getting dirty or getting stained and it’s a little frustrating as the little card pouch holds maybe one or two cards and it’s very difficult to get the cards in and out. There’s no room for money in that pouch, it’s way too tight. This is my second Bandolier phone case …I was VERY disappointed with the first one as the gold trim chipped really bad. I hope this one has a better quality than the first one I ordered. I highly recommend staying away from the phone cases that have the gold trim because the gold chips really easy

I love these phone cases, but purchased this one little over a year ago and the ivory finish is peeling off the leather. I contacted the customer service, I was informed that it is not under warranty and they can offer 20% discount for me to purchase a new one. Since this case is on sale already I wasn’t able to apply the discount code. The customer service is no longer willing to help me to replace it. I am very disappointed with the quality of such a high priced phone cases and how unwilling the company is to protect their quality and reputation. Will not purchase from them again.

I wanted to love this wallet because I wanted a magnetic wallet for my clear/gold Palmer case that would coordinate with my bright orange iPhone. This zippered wallet was pictured with it so I figured I’d give it a try. The quality is not the usual Bandolier high quality and it’s not easy to get my cards in and out which gets frustrating. Please make a Gold Wave version of the Silver Wave magnetic wallet. The snap closure is so much more user friendly than the zipper for cards.

Love my first purchase - Donna crossbody phone case in ivory/chrome with the Wristlet Heart Charm! Clasp broke off on the wristlet and Bandolier customer service was quick and responsive. From when I reached out, I received a replacement within 3 days. Will buy again . . . great product and experience with their brand.

Very happy with the Mira with detachable wallet. The ivory and black is gorgeous and the wallet is easy to use! Great purchase.

I absolutely love these cases. I only order from this brand. But the last cases my daughter and I ordered had the gold trim, and it is peeling off and looks worn after only having it for 6 months.

This is my second purchase as I got a new phone that is a different size. I love the pouch as it is small to carry, but still holds so much. Look how much it holds in the picture. This color combination with the pewter is so elegant as well. I was able to use a promo code and got a great price and quick shipping. My next purchase is going to be the glasses strap!

Bought an add on magsafe wallet from the remi line mainly because thats what i really got me to consider your product, when i finally got it i realized i wanted the case as well, yeah i know i should have bought the set on the onset, when i asked if i could purchase “just” the case your team said yes but only for the rayna line. I asked if i clild get a non chrome case option without the wallet then your team replies with “weve happily provided all our case options etc etc” then drops me a link to all the cases. That really didn’t solve it and i understand your possible limitations but your team could have atleast been more nice instead of being fake
