I’ve always been impressed with Badlands’ obvious commitment to offering quality products at reasonable prices. But, what impresses me the most and keeps me coming back is their customer service.

Great company providing high quality hunting gear with great selections, easy ordering and fast shipping. If you’re patient, they offer great sales on a wide range of products with huge discounts. I can’t comment on the customer service because I’ve never had a reason to have to contact them and believe me, I own a ton of Badlands gear!

Never had a problem with service and the shipping comes with in a week or sooner to the east coast. Never had an opened or damaged package.

Badlands is great stuff!!! Shift pants are a game changer.

I just want to start off by saying that your gear is unmatched. I own countless packs and accessories along with clothing. Your service has always been amazing. this year during the 12 days of Christmas on your website. I ordered 2 pair of the convection gloves for presents 1 pair in the FX and the other pair in OG. When the package arrived, I only received 1 pair the FX showed up but not the OG. The payment processed. when I realized the other pairs was not coming, I emailed you and have not had any response which is so not like you guys. I hope that this review will catch someone's attention. I would hope to get this resolved soon as time is slipping by quickly. Thank you for your help in this matter.
