I have a Badlands pack from like 2010 and it needed some repairs. I sent it in and im not sure what black magic they used but the pack was back in my hands fully fixed even a hole repaired i hadnt even noticed yet. Barely a week had gone by 🧙‍♂️. I used to be big on Filson because of their warranty until they gave me the old "i think its time for a new coat we can prolly give you a discount" 🤢 bite me. Badlands has had my back no questions asked from day one.

I have taken out on multiple daily trips and love it. Love how quiet it is, love how I can pack meat if I get an animal and love the mud color. I'm excited to take it on a couple overnighters too.

Not impressed at all. Especially paying 20$ per shipment just for it to take about a month(or more) to get to me.

After around 20 years with my Badlands Sacrifice, of which I love and wish they bring it back, I made my first warranty claim with Badlands for it due to the broken main frame. Because they discontinued the Sacrifice years ago they replace it with one of their new models. I rather have the Sacrifice but the new model is pretty good so far. Carried 2 bucks out with it so far and its comfortable enough. Only con is that it does not have nearly the amount of pockets that the Sacrifice had. Customer service for the warranty was excellent and made the process smooth and quick. I believe Nate was the one in contact with me and he is a 10 star super star in customer service and understanding. Thank you Badlands for making awesome backpacks and keeping up with the excellent customer service. California hunter here.

Great material knee pads are great for saddle hunting or ground stalks not so hot you burn in early season haven’t got to try them for later season but I can’t wait to see how they are

I ordered a new backpack pants, shirt and jacket. 1/2 in good rain storm and the pants and jacket were soaked and I was cold and wet. Definitely plan a waterproof in this gear if you buy it.

You guys do great on most of your gear and the warranty can’t be beat. However all of it would fit exceptionally fat people, but barely fits a 30” waist. Especially on the pants, if you can take a hint…. Most backcountry elk hunters don’t have backsides the size of Texas, neither do they want to look all saggy and baggy, consider sizing down the seat on the britches and offering a slim option. The merino boxers and lightweight merino crew socks are almost always out of stock, especially when they're on sale. Love the warranty, keep up the amazing work!

I recently changed from another brand to Badlands Gear. The patterns initially made me hesitant because how different they are from other top brands..until I started using it. I personally like the OG pattern and will wear it all season long. I also have used their backpacks for years and only have had one tear. Best part is the lifetime warranty which is pretty easy to send it back and have it fixed/replaced. I won’t use any other brand now

Clothing and equipment have always been top notch. Love the company and how they stand by their products. You break or tear somthing? Send it in and they'll fix it. Absolutely love that. I've personally never had to do that myself but having that comfort allows me wear my Badland clothes how they should be worn! Service and shipping also meet my standards!
