I just want to start off by saying that your gear is unmatched. I own countless packs and accessories along with clothing. Your service has always been amazing. this year during the 12 days of Christmas on your website. I ordered 2 pair of the convection gloves for presents 1 pair in the FX and the other pair in OG. When the package arrived, I only received 1 pair the FX showed up but not the OG. The payment processed. when I realized the other pairs was not coming, I emailed you and have not had any response which is so not like you guys. I hope that this review will catch someone's attention. I would hope to get this resolved soon as time is slipping by quickly. Thank you for your help in this matter. Love the product. Very comfortable and lightweight and perfect for mid-east GA weather. Is a little louder than I would like for close range/bow hunting but it’ll do the job!

Best customer service in the business. My bibs were too large, and my gloves were too small. Pyre coat fit like a glove. My fault, I ordered them wrong. They refunded me quickly and the new ones shipped before my others were back at Badlands. I've worn Badlands gear for a long time, and I will continue to do so as long as God allows me to be in the woods. Thank you very much!
