I had a problem with the battery life of the monitor, I reached out to babysense and within hours they replied and sent me a new monitor which came in a few days! Amazing customer service, so feeding and helpful.

Babysense HD S2 has all of the needed essentials! Not only am I able to see and hear my baby from the baby units, but also I can speak to her when I’m in a different room from the parent unit. I love how I can control the camera rotation when I’m in a different room, and how I can focus in on one camera at a time, especially if one isn’t in use. It also gives me peace of mind knowing that the cameras and parent unit can’t be hacked, protecting my family!

We purchased this item and highly recommend. We had a slight issue with the attachment at the back of the monitor but this was quickly resolved by Ravit of the customer service team which is greatly appreciated.

I had issues with a new monitor I purchased, no questions asked they returned the monitor free of charge and sent a new one. It never took longer than a few hours to hear from the customer service team.

Great product and great customer support. I have been using it for 2 years and contacted the support several times. They always answered quickly, nicely and fixed the isssue.

Overall, we’ve been happy with this Babysense monitor. Setup was really easy and it’s user friendly. We like that it’s secure and doesn’t connect to WiFi, which gives us peace of mind. The monitor battery life is good, and the video and audio are clear enough. The video quality could be a little higher, but it does the job well. On the downside, one of our cameras stopped working within a year, which wasn’t great. The good news is Babysense support was very responsive and replaced it for us, and the new camera actually works even better. My biggest wish would be for the monitor’s screen brightness to have a dedicated button, instead of having to go into the settings each time. The light button on the monitor currently controls the light on the camera (which we don’t use), but I’d prefer if it just toggled screen brightness. Even with those drawbacks, it’s a reliable system that works as intended, and we’d recommend it.

We love this product. Also so important to know that the customer service is absolutely amazing. We had our parent unit not work all of a sudden one morning. We emailed customer support and they already had a new one on the way. It actually arrived the very next day. We are so very thankful for such amazing customer service.
