Overall, we’ve been happy with this Babysense monitor. Setup was really easy and it’s user friendly. We like that it’s secure and doesn’t connect to WiFi, which gives us peace of mind. The monitor battery life is good, and the video and audio are clear enough. The video quality could be a little higher, but it does the job well. On the downside, one of our cameras stopped working within a year, which wasn’t great. The good news is Babysense support was very responsive and replaced it for us, and the new camera actually works even better. My biggest wish would be for the monitor’s screen brightness to have a dedicated button, instead of having to go into the settings each time. The light button on the monitor currently controls the light on the camera (which we don’t use), but I’d prefer if it just toggled screen brightness. Even with those drawbacks, it’s a reliable system that works as intended, and we’d recommend it.

We love this product. Also so important to know that the customer service is absolutely amazing. We had our parent unit not work all of a sudden one morning. We emailed customer support and they already had a new one on the way. It actually arrived the very next day. We are so very thankful for such amazing customer service.

We wanted a baby monitor that had a clear day/night picture, adjustable camera angles, excellent range, talk back function, ability to pick up sound the baby’s side, ability to pair multiple cameras and one that came with a monitor that had a good screen size. We also wanted one that couldn’t be hacked so looked for non-wifi versions. I spent ages researching! A lot of mums recommended V-Tech cameras but the combination of this Babysense monitor being one of the longest-range non-wifi, ones, with easy multi-camera set-up etc. meant it was a better option. So far, I absolutely love it. It’s so easy to use, it’s clear, the wires are long enough to move it around and it works really well. I like the decent warranty period too because (potentially all?) baby monitors have inbuilt obsolescence which is so irritating. The only thing I won’t be able to test until we stay in a 3 story place is the range but other reviewers say it even works in their basement, so I’m confident about that. I would 100% recommend this monitor.

After experiencing issues with the button function on the monitor I was able to contact easily and have a replacement monitor sent out. I am very happy with the standard of customer service and speedy replies. The monitor and cameras are great and a must have for any family!

Perfect way to monitor your newborn. The camera(s) have all the functions you need, and the monitor is very helpful to avoid always having the phone in your hands. The fact the base has holes makes it perfect to also be hung on the wall and monitor the crib like other more expensive camera. I think it is an essential all parents should have.

Bought in January for the arrival of our 2nd child. We have been very pleased with it, and the screen is so clear, I can clearly see both children in split screen which you can move around to get better views. Sadly, for unknown reason, my parent unit stopped working. But the amazing customer service got back me within hours and have sent out a new parent unit! I am delighted with the product and the service!

We love our dual camera monitor and have recommended it to lots of friends. Unfortunately the on-off button stopped working 18 months after I’d bought it but Babysense just replaced it immediately with no questions asked. Fantastic customer service!

I genuinely cannot fault this camera – it performs brilliantly. But even more impressive is the customer service, which is truly second to none. Over the past few years, we’ve encountered a few minor issues with the camera and even some physical damage to the monitor. Each time, we’ve been sent a replacement item completely free of charge. Absolutely outstanding support – truly above and beyond!

Absolutely brilliant! We purchased the add on camera for our 2nd child as the monitor allows you to do a split screen so we can see both children at the same time when napping and bedtime. So convenient! Also the customer service at babysense is excellent!
