Randomly my cameras mic started to make weird sounds on the monitor with in three days i have a replacement camera been send out the replies and problems was solved really fast very pleased with the help I had received.

Ich bin total begeistert vom Babysense Prisma! Als neue Zweifach-Mama gibt es mir viel Ruhe, beide meine Kinder auf einem Gerät im Blick zu haben. Die zusätzlichen Funktionen mit weißem Rauschen und Nachtlicht sind für uns als Familie, die viel unterwegs ist, auch viel wert, weil wir nun dafür keine zusätzlichen Geräte mehr einpacken müssen. Die Technik ist zuverlässig und das Babyphone lässt sich intuitiv bedienen. Für uns als Familie eine wirklich wertvolle Unterstützung.

J’ai eu un problème avec les caméras qui faisaient du bruit après 2 ans d’utilisation. Le service client a été à l’écoute malgré la garantie dépassée et surtout très réactif et nous a changé les câbles d’alimentation qui étaient à l’origine du sifflement. Merci beaucoup à Babysense, avec un service client de cette qualité, vous ne prenez aucun risque pour commander ! Je recommande +++

Wir sind mehr als begeistert von unserem Babyphone. Vorallem das verstellen der Camaras ermöglicht uns bei unseren Zwillingen einiges. Kundenservice is der Wahnsinn so schnelle und freundliche Rückmeldung bekommt man selten. Immer wieder würde ich es kaufen und natürlich empfehlen.

The screen and picture are clear the option to scan and VOX options are really helpful we love this product and it's our second babysense monitor. The monitor charge is good and the set up is super easy. It would be better if the night light option was in the settings as it is easy to accidentally press . Also, the screen even on the lowest setting is bright. It could be even better if there was a very dim mode. These are nit picking comments on what is a great product.

Great monitor. We use the white noise that plays through the camera and the split screen so we can monitor both kids at once and it's great. Very reliable and gives a good image and great sound quality. Love that's its a plug and go system, no setting up to apps. Excellent customer service too, any issues very very quickly resolved.
