Ordering was easy. Wig is darker than expected and lace is really light. Smells really nice.

Great quality hair reasonable prices and of course the hair smells great. I purchased during Covid and they wouldn’t allow me to see or touch the hair prior to purchasing that was a bit of an inconvenience. But the hair was what I expected of them so I’m satisfied.

My hair came perfect!!!! The only thing I did not like was I did not get the pretty pink boxes with my purchase

I was a little skeptical initially as I have never bought hair from this company before, but since a friend raved about them, I decided to give them a try. When I placed my order for the Peruvian wavy hair, I was under the impression that since it was in stock, it would be shipped within 1-2 days. However that was not the case, even though it may say item in stock, it still takes them at least a week to receive the hair and before they send it to you, they inspect the hair and wash it. I would advise you to give yourself at least 2 weeks after you place the order so that you're not stressed out. Because I was confused on the timeline, I called the company and was provided with a thorough explanation and the promise of phone calls and follow up's which were all returned. They do have great customer service and the hair not only smelled amazing, but the quality is very good! Their prices are extremely reasonable as I was going to order the same hair on another site for double the price. I will definitely order from this company again.

I ordered a closure from this company because I had previously ordered bundles from another company. Buttttttt, baby let me say this that closure came “beautifully” packed and smelled so freaking good that the delivery dude had asked me what I ordered because it smelled AMAZING!!!!! 5 stars as always! I’ve been getting hair from BabyDoll for about 4 years. I didn’t end up getting Kinky curly. Long story short, I did not give my order enough time to be delivered but BabyDoll worked with me to get the hair I needed for my appointment in LA(I live in SF) Keera sent me photos of other curl patterns. Put my bundles and closure on hold for me to pick up. And I’m loving the hair! Thank you guys so much!
