I’ve been purchasing from the site for over 10 years. Love the hair. Only thing I don’t like is that they don’t do free shipping over a certain amount and when you use a discount it’s like you actually don’t get a discount because of taxes and fees and you have to pay for the shipping. But other than that the hair is great and it lasts along time.

The body wave bundles hair is good quality. The hair on the wefts and ends of the hair is very, very thin. My suggestion is order enough to double all wefts being installed or more if your hair preference is thicker. I bleached and colored the hair the results were great. Hair excepted the color quickly with no problems.

Really love the way it feels and looks, did not like the ordering time when I paid for extra shipping and it still came later

Been a customer for about 4/5 years now. The best batch of hair I’ve purchased since the stores have closed. The hair is way thicker, fuller, and holds the body wave curl fresh out the packaging. Shipment arrived fast within a week of ordering. Online customer service responded fast and answered any questions I had. They were very polite and helpful. I hate to say anything bad but the store location on Rosecrans never had longer lengths in stock. The customer service was awful. The girls would show up late and always rude for no reason. The hair shredded so much and did not last the years advertised. Yes I took great care of the hair as well but the batches were never like how they’re now. So happy to keep purchasing if all goes well!

In my opinion the hair took way too long to come. It was for a supposed holiday delay, but I ordered before the holiday even arrived. The hair came in good packaging, smells good, and feels good. I hope it lasts when I get my install. Only time will tell.

The hair I received was extremely hard. Also, after the first night I’m wearing it it started shedding. I can’t return it because I had it installed. However, for the next time I will just order the wavy hair. The deep curly was just extremely hard and shedding.

Hair is beautiful. But I was worried about my order because I didn’t get a response back when I emailed & chat a message asking when will my order be shipped, and I didn’t hear anything until 8 days later that my order will be shipped, that was my only concern, but I received it. This is the best hair I ever brought and the price was really reasonable I spent way more on hair that was not so good I was beginning to give up on buying hair, but this reeled me back in. Love it love it love it.
