Took too long to receive hair plus no one to contact for customer support I paid extra for the turnaround time on shipping never received goods overnight this company sucks

I still haven’t received my purchase, I had no idea as to when the date it was to be delivered is, and I paid for priority mail.

The order process was quick and very accurate. I received my product very fast and was exactly like I ordered. It smells go good and is so soft. Will definitely order from them again. Prices are so reasonable and worth the money. I had to contact customer service to change my order due to an error on my part and they were so fast to response and talked to someone within minutes and they helped me change my order. GREAT SERVICE.

Received the wrong product had trouble dying hair

Bundles arrived loose in nothing but the shipping bag. No hair net, no baggie, no bow. I know I purchased the cheaper line but I would expect there to be at least a net on it. Also is this wavy hair?? Looks pretty straight to me

Placed order December 9 and paid extra for express shipping and it’s now December 27 and no hair. When I called I was told the employee "didn’t " process my order and they don't know why. Asked to speak to owner and she wouldn’t take my call. I paid over $700 for hair for the holidays and I haven't received it yet. I am so angry. Has anyone else experienced this?

I am still waiting for my order that I submitted on September 26th and it's Oct 15th. I have no idea what the status of my order, and I keep getting survey requests.

Honestly kinda disappointed! I’ve been to your location and have order multiple times from you guys, but this time I order online and it took you guys over 3 weeks to even ship the item. The item wouldn’t even have shipped until I sent an email. Not only was it late, but when I received the item it was literally thrown in a bag with a thank you note. No protection to make sure the hair doesn’t tangle. No boxes! Just hair tied up with a rubber band! I’m extremely disappointed especially because I know what you guys are capable of and that’s was not it.
