I ordered my rocker over a week ago and still haven't received it, I have emailed and had no response. Also no tracking number

The bag arrived with a tear down the seam on the outside. Sending back, but have to pay for the return. Have requested to be reimbursed for the return postage but have not heard anything back.

No contact after order confirmation despite saying dispatch day would be advised. Only one of 3 items delivered by almost 3 weeks later with no explanation/contact and no response to email enquiry
