I ordered 2 items. One was delivered in 3 days standard delivery. The other didn’t arrive but the Shopify tracking App said that it had been delivered. Rang customer services who answered promptly,were apologetic and helpful and said they would send the missing item by next day delivery. It actually arrived 2 days later, but I think that this was an issue with Royal Mail, who have been late delivering other items to us. Bababing! may want to consider an alternative courier as I am sure that they would be paying Royal Mail for the premium service!
