Tea came quickly, packaged well.

First off, love the teas, great quality, lots to choose from, excellent flavor. What I'm most jazzed about however is the customer service. Got a brewmaster and a sample set as a gift and fell in love with it, use it everyday. When cleaning recently I found the strainer had gotten mixed in with dishes to go in the dishwasher, which is a no no. When I found it in there the stem had melted. No more tea for me for weeks. Finally picked up the courage to contact Tiesta to see if they had replacement parts available since I didn't see them readily available on the website(add that Tiesta! I'll happily pay to fix my own mistakes!) Either way, rep that answered my message was extremely helpful and with a few quick questions regarding the original order, had a replacement on the way. I just got the package this evening, which included the strainer, a few other misc parts and even some extra tea samples. And I was not charged a penny. A tier customer service and I'll be ordering more tea and telling all my friends/family. Thank you!

I had to place my 3rd order with the new flavors. So far the Pineapple Blues was good. Now trying Sour Green Apple

The flavors are great! The different types of teas are so unique and amazing

I didn't like this tea at first, but it really grew on me. . . I love this tea, especially with some sucralose sweetener packets. It tastes really good once you add some of those, I don't think I like it by itself sometimes without it, just a little too dark for me. Though it tastes amazing and theres a reason I'm giving it 5 stars.

This tea is favorable and seems to be of very good quality. Will purchase again.

I don't like to spend money on myself, so when I saw Tiesta was having a sale, I asked my husband to talk me out of spending money. When he said "do it," you better believe I had my order placed in 2 minutes flat. I'm excited to try the new fall flavors! I also stocked up on my current favorite, rooibos chai. It gets better the longer it steeps and doesn't leave me jolted on caffeine.

I love Tiesta Tea! I love the variety of flavors and the quality of the tea. The Build Your Own Sampler lets me try out new flavors and decide which are my favorite.

In general I love the cold brew teas. I drink it every day. I wasn't so crazy about the watermelon flavor. My favorite is the Bellini and the Mango.

I absolutely love the teas! I drink them daily all day long. I no longer want coffee, I wake up to a nice warm cup of wake up tea. My mid day is immunity tea and energizer then my night is calming tea. I love this tea so much I know have an impressive tea bar.

I am not a big tea drinker. But, thought I would try tea instead of a sweet in the afternoon. I tried the nutty almond. So good! Really helped with the sweet tooth crave and a lot less calories. I got the sample pack and can’t wait to experience the different offerings.
